  • Compensation: ₹38,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on experience & portfolio) + performance bonus

About Us

At Keetup, we're building a portfolio of next-generation sustainable nutrition brands powered by insect protein (BSFL).

Our flagship brand, Boggo's, is redefining pet nutrition for dogs through innovative, eco-friendly food and treats.

But that's just the beginning. We're also developing:

  • Everbloom — high-performance BSFL-based fish feed for aquarium and aquaculture markets.
  • Pawski — a new-age cat and dog food brand for conscious pet parents.
  • Keetup Ingredients — our B2B ingredient arm supplying BSFL meal, oil, and frass to feed manufacturers.

We're expanding rapidly across India and beyond, and we're looking for a creative powerhouse to lead our social voice and community.

The Role

We're seeking a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes storytelling, design, and digital culture. You'll be the creative mind behind Boggo's (and future brands), turning content into connection and followers into believers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a cohesive social-media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions across our brands.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and community goals.
  • Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to produce reels, carousels and video content that stand out.
  • Manage influencer and UGC collaborations, creator partnerships, and product-seeding campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and continuously optimize.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, conversations, and algorithms to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.
  • Work with the performance-marketing team to craft ad-ready creative concepts and hooks.
  • Engage with our community — reply to DMs, comments, and feedback in our warm, witty brand voice.

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 2–4 years managing social media for FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
  • Are equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven optimizer.
  • Are skilled in Canva, CapCut/VN, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney.
  • Love pets, sustainability, and building brands that make a difference.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, founder-driven environments where ideas become action fast.
