Job Description:

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in IT Permanent.Worked for GCC & products client
  • You will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to full-fill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in tech hiring.
  • The candidate should be okay to work from the client location depending on the need.
  • When working from the Careernet office, theyll handle end-to-end recruitment as an IC.
  • When candidates are working from the client location, they'll focus on client coordination, customer engagement, and handling all client communication and follow-ups. If the workflow is less, they will also support sourcing.
  • Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement
  • Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking
  • Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
  • Understanding candidates' profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting)
  • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
  • Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
  • Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping, Post-offer-follow-up, etc.
