  • Operate chemical production equipments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including batch records, equipment logs, and maintenance reports.
  • Follow strict safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines.
  • Collaborate with quality control personnel to conduct product testing and ensure that finished products meet quality specifications.
  • Participate in training programs to stay current on industry best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and address any concerns or issues.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations, and company policies related to chemical handling and disposal
  • To implement DSI/Kaizen to improve work /quality/safety in line with organizational goal .
  • To ensure clean and safe work conditions in production area.
  • Any other work deemed fit by your senior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹34,927.96 per month
