We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
-
Chennai/Bengaluru
to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective and existing customers in the field, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the face of the company, building relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Present and demonstrate products or services in a compelling manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activity, forecasts, and territory performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the Chennai or Bengaluru region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Sales.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and customer base
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Ability to work under pressure.
