Job Description:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales of railway signalling, CBTC or telecom systems.
  • Understanding of signalling technologies (e.g., ETCS, CBTC, interlocking systems).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for signalling systems in line with business goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification, proposal development, and client negotiations to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including railway authorities, OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants.
  • Work closely with technical, engineering, tendering, and legal teams to develop compelling and competitive bids.
