About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer who has strong hands-on experience in React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-quality user interfaces, writing clean code, and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities1. Frontend Development

  • Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React JS.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.

2. Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  • Take part in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.
  • Communicate technical requirements and limitations effectively.

3. Quality & Performance

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect UI.
  • Debug and fix UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and functional bugs.
  • Implement best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

4. Documentation

  • Maintain clear documentation for components, code structure, and system processes.
  • Update project-related documents as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • React JS (hooks, state management, lifecycle methods)
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Rest APIs & JSON
  • Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
  • Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) is a plus.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Redux / Context API.
  • Knowledge of Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
  • Understanding of SEO basics for frontend.
  • Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on UI/UX quality.
