  • Record and maintain attendance of students on a daily basis and report the status to higher officials.
  • Maintain a student database (including students and their parents contact number and address)
  • Maintain student discipline, restrict movement from and between blocks, and meeting of senior and junior students within the blocks.
  • Coordinate to segregate the waste inside the hostel and maintain cleanliness of the block premises and tidiness within rooms.
  • Check electrical, plumbing and maintenance in the hostel blocks.
  • Coordinate students' hospital visits.
  • Check and maintain general discipline and avoid (banned items like alcohol / drug/ ragging/ unauthorized entry).
