Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site. Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution. Bill checking and certifying for the main contractors & sub-contractors. Involved in site architectural Layout regarding Block Work, Door Windows, Floor Levels, Lintel and Stiffeners. Maintaining the quality of work, as per the Municipality Regulations. Proficient in supervising & controlling of sub - contractors activities along with overall monitoring to expedite their Safety, Providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancements. Generating reports on Weekly/Monthly/Daily basis for client and management review. Calculation of material take-off and planning for the procurement of the materials as per working schedule. Regular updating of materials for submission of material Reconciliation as per client’s requirement. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. Maintaining Quality Manual and Quality Procedures Manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the criticality of quality and the adopted standards. Keeping an eye on resource planning cost control, monitoring project progress and analysis. PROJECT HANDLED - SITE EXECUTION

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
