We're bringing together a team of world-class strategists, innovators, creators, and leaders to achieve this vision.We are specifically searching for a Digital Marketing Analyst, North America Digital Marketing, who will play a key supporting role in this transformation. This position focuses on unlocking the full power of our Product Data Management platform focusing on North American Vehicles & Processes to enhance the digital consumer experience.Think of the Digital Marketing team as the bridge that connects millions of users with the amazing Ford and Lincoln vehicles. We're not just doing digital marketing; we're reinventing how people interact with our brand online, making our products and services incredibly easy to understand and access, ultimately supporting our mission of providing freedom of movement to everyone.As the Digital Marketing Analyst supporting efforts in North America Digital Marketing focused on product data, you will be a critical member of our team. Your primary responsibility will be updating our latest product data to directly drive and elevate consumer experience, while also ensuring accurate and timely product information is available for downstream systems and stakeholders.This means you'll be deeply involved in analysing crucial data points, including product specifications and pricing information. You'll work collaboratively with product managers, regional stakeholders, and IT teams to guarantee that product information is not only accurate but also specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the North American market and align with our business objectivesQualificationBachelor's degree in commerce / business management with minimum of 1 year experience is preferredMaster's degree in business management is optional.Any exposure to marketing and digital platforms with basic automobile knowledge is preferred.Ability to work with cross-functional teams at different time zones.Knowledge of MSOffice suite is preferred.Flexibility to work on night shift on the need basis.Location is Chennai Only, with weekly >= 4 days working from GTBC Office and Should be flexible to work as per Ford's Work arrangement policyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including Senior Management and business stakeholdersFamiliarity with data analysis tools and methodologies (Power BI, Excel).Monitor daily on the latest input documents for the models to be launched.Update the JIRA on regular basis for the requests and amendments received.Authoring of config and pricing information for the assigned vehicles and update completion as per agreed SLAVerify the inputs performed by the authoring analyst to ensure quality output.Ensure for your respecitve authored/ reviewed vehicle launches as per the schedule and reflects the site with appropriate contentKeep a keen interest in process improvements through technical / automation perspective.RCA documentation to be submitted on time for any errors reported for the task performedReceive approval from the respective stakeholders for publishing the models.Enable supporting contents for Inventory and E-Commerce requirements.Maintain compliance and control documentation for managing audits & reviews
