Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Chatbot Developer RAG. The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbot solutions. Daily tasks will include integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, programming algorithms, and using machine learning techniques to enhance chatbot capabilities. The person in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Chatbot Development and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in Programming and Software Development
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning principles and applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in fintech or payment infrastructure is a plus
