About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries and office documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and basic accounting functions, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
  • Record and update bank entries, purchase bills, and sales bills accurately.
  • Maintain and organize the filing of invoices, receipts, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing payment follow-ups by coordinating with clients/parties over phone calls when required.
  • Maintain records of debtors and creditors and ensure timely updates.
  • Support in routine office administrative work as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate/Undergraduate in Commerce (preferred) or any relevant field.
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years of experience in Tally operations/accounting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication skills for client coordination (via phone).
  • Ability to manage work independently and maintain confidentiality.
