Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, documentation, and basic accounting tasks. The role requires proficiency in Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel, along with accuracy, speed, and commitment to meeting daily work requirements. The candidate will support routine office operations and ensure timely record-keeping.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
  • Work on Tally for basic accounting entries and reports.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, letters, and spreadsheets in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Manage and update records, reports, and databases as per requirements.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling company data.
  • Provide general administrative support when required.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP (entry-level accounting).
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (data entry, formatting, and basic formulas).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently.
  • Basic communication skills for office coordination.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: As per industry standards (to be discussed during interview).
  • Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month, no Sunday off.
