Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer, located in Solapur at Balaji Sarovar Premiere. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing and directing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing energy usage, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of hotel facilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Facility Management, Maintenance Operations, and Preventative Maintenance Practices.
  • Proven expertise in Electrical Systems, Plumbing, HVAC Systems, and Mechanical Equipment Maintenance.
  • Understanding of Safety Standards, Compliance Protocols, and Energy Management Systems.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to supervise and train technical staff effectively.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting abilities for handling on-site technical issues.
  • Relevant certifications in Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or property management industry is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software and strong organizational skills.
