About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Developer with hands-on experience in AI programming to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing and extending an existing software platform while also developing, integrating, and refining AI-powered features. You'll take the lead on major AI initiatives and contribute directly to improving both the core product and its intelligent capabilities.

A key focus of this role is improving the user experience by enhancing the softwares performance, usability, and practical value. You'll work closely with the teams to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring the tool supports and simplifies the workflows of our customers. Your contributions will directly impact how effectively the platform serves its users, helping professionals save time, gain insights, and work more efficiently. This is a critical role for someone who's passionate about building technology that delivers real-world value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write efficient, and well-documented code using the best-suited programming languages and tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize models and improve system performance.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise product development, Agile engineering practices, and user-centric solution design in the context of AI applications.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders—translating concepts into strategic impact and actionable solutions.
  • Build and deploy scalable software solutions with AI deeply integrated, including end-to-end model development, integration, and production deployment.
  • Ensure reliability and maintainability of AI systems by following best practices in testing, validation, version control, and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for staying current with advancements in AI research, tooling, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 6 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AI development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with REST APIs, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and database integration.
  • Comfortable working with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and deploying AI solutions in real-world production environments.
  • Real-world experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
