Description:

**With over 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, who has extensive knowledge in GOALD database.

Technical Skills:

**
Must have at least 10+ years of experience in Sybase.

**
Must have at least 3+ years of experience in Snowflake, PostgreSQL.

**
Experience in writing advanced SQL and DB Program modules.

**
Understanding business objectives, the ability to translate data into business value, and skill in collaborating with stakeholders.

**
Ability to present data-backed stories and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

**
Should have experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

**
Insurance Industry knowledge must.

**
Knowledge of GOALD data model must.

**
Leveraging GEN AI for analysis and documentation is added advantage

**
Good to have knowledge of GDW data model.

**Good to have knowledge of ALPS, AEGIS, FAS & One Claim.

Key Responsibilities

**
Understand the different system and arrive with source to target mapping.

**
Translate business logic to SQL as required.

**
Support Architects in developing solutions and test scenarios.

**
Support QA team with business and data insights.

**
Proven strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

**
Provides and owns the technical details for implementation.

**
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges.

**
Develop analytical approaches and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and inform decision-making.

**
Collaboratively work closely with the Integration team and business users to ensure business functionality is met.
