Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Specialist who can independently drive end-to-end data quality initiatives. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in data onboarding, profiling, rule design, and remediation, with the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the full data quality lifecycle using Informatica Data Quality (Cloud/On-Prem).
  • Independently import and onboard data from diverse sources (files, databases, cloud platforms).
  • Perform advanced data profiling to identify anomalies, patterns, and root causes of data issues.
  • Design, implement, and optimize reusable data quality rules, scorecards, and thresholds.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable data quality checks.
  • Monitor data quality metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with data governance, BI, and engineering teams to resolve data issues at source.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise data standards, controls, and compliance requirements.

Required Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead data quality delivery end to end.
  • Solid understanding of data quality dimensions, data profiling, and rule frameworks.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
