About Tecknotrove:

Position Summary

We seek a proactive Purchase Executive with a background in Electronics Engineering or a related field to manage vendor interactions, issue purchase orders, address material shortages, and process invoices. Effective communication and frequent travel to our manufacturing units are required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Connect with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.

- Support the service team with procurement-related tasks and issues.

- Be flexible in visiting our manufacturing units as needed to ensure smooth functioning and maintain relationships

with factory members.

• Identifying Material Shortages:

- Monitor inventory for potential shortages.

- Coordinate with teams to meet material requirements and expedite orders if needed.

• Sending Enquiries and Obtaining Rates:

- Prepare and send inquiries to vendors. Obtain and compare competitive quotes.

• Purchase Order Management:

- Issue accurate and comprehensive purchase orders. Maintain and follow up on purchase orders for timely

delivery.

• Invoice Management:

- Verify and process vendor invoices.

- Coordinate with finance to release payments and resolve discrepancies.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelorsdegree in business administration, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have:

Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quotes, terms, and conditions to make sound purchasing decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to obtain the best terms and pricing from vendors.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation.
