The Consumer Insights job family encompasses roles that focus on understanding consumer behaviors, needs, and motivations. This knowledge is used to guide strategic decision-making across the company.
Job Description:
This entry-level role within the Consumer Insights job family is focused on supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team or organization. You will be involved in smaller, less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation, often at a local or site level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance
- Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives
- Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning
- Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.

Job Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Prior experience in market research or consumer insights is a plus but not required.
