Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to transform complex requirements into intuitive, high-performance interfaces. This role demands both creativity and technical expertise to implement scalable frontend architectures, responsive designs, and engaging interactions. You will have the opportunity to influence design systems, optimize applications for performance and accessibility, and contribute to projects that impact users globally. · Translate product requirements and UI designs into responsive, high-performance frontend applications.

· Collaborate with designers to ensure exceptional UX, polished interactions, and consistent design implementation.

· Break down complex features into actionable tasks and execute within sprint timelines.

· Maintain proactive communication with team members, highlighting progress, challenges, and risks.

· Implement best practices in frontend development, including component architecture, state management, testing, and accessibility.

· Create meaningful motion and microinteractions that enhance usability and delight users.

· Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services.

· Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.

· Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, ) with a commitment to continuous learning.

· Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and mobile-first designs.

· Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive design principles.

· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and reliably.

· Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting role and collaborating across distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Design Systems and accessible product development.

· Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).

· Exposure to mobile development using React Native, Expo, or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

· Proficiency in styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Chakra UI, or Shadcn.
