Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Pancham Constructions in Pune. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for vendor management, site supervision, quality checks, and coordinating with plumbing and electrical teams. They will oversee interior civil works, renovation projects, new construction, and ensure all work meets company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in interior civil works, renovation, and new construction
  • Vendor management and site supervision skills
  • Knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing, and electrical coordination
