We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and

workforce at our water treatment plant. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, safety

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Operations:

 Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment systems.

 Ensure compliance with water quality standards and safety regulations.

 Monitor treatment processes, equipment performance, and plant efficiency.

 Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot operational issues.

Team Management:

 Supervise site workers, technicians, and subcontractors.

 Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed on time.

 Conduct safety briefings and training sessions.

Safety & Compliance:

 Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

 Ensure compliance with local water regulations and industry standards.

 Maintain proper documentation of safety procedures and incidents.

Coordination & Reporting:

 Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

 Prepare progress reports and maintain site records.

 Communicate any operational challenges and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

 1-2 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or similar roles.

 Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and work schedules.

 Familiarity with HSE regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certification in water treatment operations.

 Experience with SCADA systems and plant automation.

 Knowledge of pump systems, filtration, and chemical dosing processes.
