Role Description

As a Client Acquisition Representative at Globiva, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building. Daily tasks include conducting outreach, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs, and driving sales initiatives to achieve acquisition goals. You will also provide training and support as needed, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive Sales and acquire clients
  • Experience in leading or contributing to Training efforts
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
