Job Description & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure client management by addressing requirements, following up on deliverables, and

maintaining professional relationships.

  1. Conduct project pre-feasibility assessments and identfy opportunities to aƩract private investment.

  2. Evaluate and recommend PPP models for project implementation.

  3. Plan and ensure the sustainable operaton and maintenance (O&M) of developed assets.

  4. Organize investor consultatons to map potental stakeholders and address key concerns.

  5. Develop market and financial feasibility reports, demand assessments, Detailed Project Reports

(DPRs), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, and presentations.

  1. Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meeƟngs as needed.

  2. Provide clients with insights into market condiƟons, pricing, and investment opportuniƟes while

ensuring fair and transparent transacƟons.

  1. Stay updated on the real estate and infrastructure development trends and best pracƟces.

  2. Assist in bid document preparaƟon, contract negoƟaƟons, and transacƟon advisory services.

  3. Handle addiƟonal responsibiliƟes as assigned.

  4. Planning and structuring of EPC, or PPP projects.

  5. Bidding process and preparaƟon of tender documents.

  6. Private Investment PromoƟon and Financial Consultancy.

  7. Demand Assessment and financial feasibility studies in Real estate and infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Planning and structuring: 2 years (Preferred)
  • EPC, or PPP projects: 2 years (Preferred)
  • tender documents: 1 year (Preferred)
