Position: Strategy Senior Consultant

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Job Summary:


• Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitive analysis to support

strategic decision-making.


• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and formulate

actionable recommendations.


• Design and implement business models, go-to-market strategies, and operational

improvement frameworks.


• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment

with client expectations.


• Lead and coordinate consultants and cross-functional teams, providing direction,

guidance, and performance feedback.


• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to provide insights that drive

business growth and efficiency.


• Develop compelling proposals and strategic presentations for new client

engagements and internal initiatives.


• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and performance dashboards.


• Support digital transformation, organisational restructuring, and change

management initiatives.


• Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices across

industries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, or a

related field.


• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.


• 3–5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or

business transformation.


• Proven experience in managing and leading teams of consultants or project

members.


• Hands-on experience in proposal writing, business case creation, and client

communication.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

is an advantage.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
