Field Sales Executive – Job Description

Location: Convention Centre

Department: Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and corporate functions.
  • Conduct field visits to hotels, corporates, event planners, and other prospective partners to generate business leads.
  • Promote convention centre facilities, services, packages, and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper visit reports.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Events, and Marketing teams for seamless event execution.
  • Participate in local marketing activities, promotional visits, and networking events.
  • Handle customer queries, provide facility tours, and present proposals.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in field sales (hospitality/event industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
  • Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
