Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong SEO specialization to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing online visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating quality leads through advanced SEO practices, content marketing, and data-driven insights. The role requires strong knowledge of the real estate market and consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings for real estate-related keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, meta tags, content structure, URL strategies, and internal linking for search engines.
  • Monitor and improve page speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.

2. Content & Digital Marketing

  • Guide content strategy for property listings, blogs, landing pages, and area guides with SEO in mind.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to produce engaging, keyword-optimized content.
  • Work with the social media and paid ads teams to ensure alignment with organic efforts.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc., to monitor KPIs and website health.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports showing keyword growth, traffic, leads, and ROI.

4. Real Estate Market Understanding

  • Leverage SEO strategies specifically tailored for real estate search behavior (e.g., location-based searches, property types, price filters).
  • Keep up-to-date with RERA regulations, real estate search trends, and regional developments to align SEO content.

Key Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress, CMS tools, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiar with local SEO, schema markup, and lead generation funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a result-oriented approach.
