Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain monthly duty rosters for Caretakers (CTs) based on shift requirements and patient census.
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage across all areas to maintain service standards.
  • Track and update daily attendance records for all CTs (on-roll and interns).
  • Plan and monitor weekly offs, compoffs, and overtime (OT) to ensure compliance with HR and statutory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with HR and Nursing In-Charge for leave approvals, absentee management, and replacement planning.
  • Support new joiner orientation by aligning them to respective shifts and supervisors.
  • Maintain updated records of CT duty schedules, shift changes, and attendance corrections in coordination with HR.
  • Generate and share monthly attendance and OT reports for payroll processing.
  • Assist in workforce planning during peak demand, festivals, or emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with organization policies and promote a positive work environment among clinical teams.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or nursing coordination, preferably in assisted living, homecare, or hospital settings.
  • Technical Skills: Basic MS Excel proficiency (for roster and attendance tracking).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
