Location: Camp, Pune.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated junior e-commerce executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimising performance, and supporting senior team members across multiple e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, maintaining accurate data, and driving e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
- Create and manage listings across multiple e-commerce portals.
- Conduct keyword research to optimise product listings for better visibility.
- Perform listing optimisation to improve search rankings and conversions.
Pricing and Fee Management:
- Analyse market trends and competitors to set competitive pricing.
- Understand and apply the fee structures of various portals.
Inventory and fulfilment:
- Plan and manage FBA/FBF inventory.
- Create and track FBA/FBF shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and follow-ups.
Support and Problem Resolution:
- Coordinate with seller support teams to raise tickets and resolve issues.
- Handle listing-level problems and address performance notifications effectively.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Maintain daily sales data and prepare analytical reports for senior team members.
- Help create monthly performance and payment reports for seller central accounts.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Assist in managing basic advertisements on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns.
Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with senior e-commerce team members, providing necessary support for account management tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- Prior experience managing listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra).
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and strategies.
- Familiarity with FBA/FBF processes, keyword research, and listing optimisation.
- Awareness of fee structures and pricing strategies on various e-commerce platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using seller portals and managing seller accounts.
- Ability to handle performance notifications and troubleshoot listing issues.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Competency in maintaining and interpreting sales data.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Weekly off Sunday.
- Office Timing: Day, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- 2 alternate Saturdays off in a month.
- Salary from 2.40 LPA to 3.60 LPA. (depending upon the interview)
