Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Project Leader in Agentic AI / LLM Product Engineering. The Project Leader will be responsible for spearheading advanced product engineering initiatives, focusing on creating, strategizing, and executing AI-driven agentic and LLM (Large Language Model) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project life cycles, ensuring timely delivery, engaging in technical problem-solving, and aligning AI-driven projects with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP, with a focus on developing and implementing LLM-based solutions.
  • Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engineering initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML development tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent skills in problem-solving, strategy development, and aligning projects with business needs.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain or knowledge of AI applications in healthcare is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
