About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful digital content, optimizing for SEO, and driving engagement across online platforms. Strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
:

  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create visually compelling and brand-consistent digital assets.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
:

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for organic growth.

  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Social Media & Campaigns
:

  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and grow community engagement.

  • Run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Provide insights to refine digital strategies.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Ensure brand messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience (0–1 years) in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO (internships count).

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
