Job Description: Sales Member / Sales Coordinator – Fitness Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Members / Sales Coordinators to join our fitness centre team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about fitness and eager to start a career in sales. You will be responsible for assisting clients, explaining membership options, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and answer inquiries via phone/online.
  • Explain membership packages, offers, and benefits in a clear manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales and fitness teams for client on-boarding.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Support in promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience Requirement:

  • 0–1 year of sales or customer service experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • No specific educational qualification required.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time role with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
  • Salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
