Role Overview

This role owns end-to-end event execution - timelines, Zoom/backend setup, live delivery, and post-event closure. Success in this role means events run smoothly without last-minute escalations and without leadership intervention.

Skills Required

·      Event execution / coordination experience

·      Strong ownership of timelines and deliverables

·      Comfortable managing Zoom, live sessions, and recordings

·      Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving ability

·      Clear verbal and written communication

Role & Responsibilities

·      Own event timelines from pre-event planning to post-event closure

·      Manage Zoom links, dry runs, live sessions, and recordings

·      Coordinate with marketing, speakers, and internal teams

·      Handle live execution issues confidently and independently

·      Ensure clean post-event handoff and closure

Non-Negotiable Skills

·      Proven event execution experience (not just assistance)

·      Strong follow-through and accountability

·      Comfortable working night shifts

·      Ability to operate independently in live situations

Primary KRAs (Top 3)

·      On-time, smooth execution of events

·      Zero last-minute escalations due to poor planning

·      Consistent post-event closure and handoff
