Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Pune | Chennai | Hyderabad Part of the Central Language Program (Grades 1–10) at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd.

We're scaling our centralized language initiative across 100+ schools, ensuring students build strong foundations in regional languages. To drive effective on-ground implementation, we're looking for a Language Program Planner who can work closely with schools, teachers, and leadership teams.

What you'll do :

  • Ensure smooth implementation of the Language Program across assigned branches.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to language teachers.
  • Monitor teaching readiness, lesson delivery, and student outcomes through assessments & reports.
  • Organize and support teacher training sessions to drive consistent quality. Act as a bridge between schools and the central team, escalating challenges & sharing best practices.
  • Track program data and ensure consistency of delivery across schools.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of teaching experience in school teaching, academic coordination, or program implementation (preferably in languages). language
  • Mandatory knowledge of Bangalore Zone - Kannada + Hindi, Mumbai & Pune : Marathi + Hindi, Chennai : Tamil + Hindi, Hyderabad : Telugu + Hindi
  • Strong classroom management and teacher mentoring skills. Comfort with frequent travel across branches in the assigned region. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for regional language education and cultural impact.
