CADDESK Marathahalli is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Civil CAD Trainer/Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Civil CAD software and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on CivilCAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Prepare and deliver course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and support them in achieving learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest software tools and industry standards.
• Assist students with project work and real-time application.
• Create a positive and effective learning environment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in CivilCAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–9 years of relevant experience in industry or training.

Salary:

• Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
