Job Profile- Cloud Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Job Location- Chennai

Experience - 3-6 yrs.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, deploy and manage application on AWS/Oracle/Azure/GCP
  • Should have worked on various AWS services like: EC2, S3, RDS, EKS,

CloudFront, IAM, VPC, Route53, Security group, NACL, Lambda,

CloudWatch, Vnet, AKS, Azure storages, Load Balancers, Azure DevOps,

Autoscaling etc.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve entry level issues related to Oracle Cloud

services, including Autonomous Database, SaaS, and PaaS.

  • Work on routine tasks such as user access management, backups, and

system updates.

  • Hands on with SonarQube and Gitlab.
  • Automate deployments (CI/CD & APM); other repetitive tasks using

shell/Python scripts or tools like Jenkins, Code Deploy etc

  • Configure centralized configuration management using tools like

Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc

  • Ensure that the infrastructure is secured and can be accessed from

limited IPs and ports

  • Co-ordinate with development teams to fix issues, release new code
  • Innovate and actively look for improvements in overall infrastructure
  • Well-versed with setup and troubleshooting of web and application

servers (e.g. Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Jboss etc.)

. Exposure to setup and troubleshooting of application servers like java,

python, node etc

  • Managing databases like Mysql, Postgres, Mongo etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience on monitoring tools loke: Site24, Dynatrace, Grafana,

Prometheus, NewRelic.

Good to have:

  • Exposure to various tools like Terraform, Nagios, Loggly, Log Stash, Chef,

Puppet, Ansible, DataDog, Splunk, JIRA etc.

  • Prior experience in managing infrastructure for public facing webapplications.
  • Prior experience in handling client communications.
  • Knowledge of programming languages
