We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments, improve reliability, and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Configure and manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor application performance, reliability, and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize code for scalability and performance.
  • Drive improvements in automation, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support on-call rotations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their DevOps toolchains.
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
  • Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
  • Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Experience with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tools.
