We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Salesforce Developer** with strong hands-on coding skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

Interview Rounds- 2-3

Joining- Within a Week

Location- Bangalore Whitefield (Need local candidates only)

Work Mode- 5 days WFO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and tools where required.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g.,Platform Developer I/II).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
