About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding referral networks, and promoting the hospital's services across the region.
The role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and marketing skills within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Identify potential referral partners and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Conduct hospital visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvement plans.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient referrals and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to the management.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective field marketing and digital outreach initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in business development or marketing (preferably in the healthcare / hospital industry).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively across Haryana.
