Key activities:
- Manage Accounts Payable Invoice Processing, Reconciliations, Indirect expenses posting & other day to day accounting.
- Liaoning with Banks for payments, loan, bank guarantee etc.
- Fixed asset accounting
- Keep deadlines for finalizing month - end posting including accurate calculation of accruals.
- Prepare internal and external reporting related to monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
Key relationships:
- Key relationships with Vendors Banks, Forex dealers, Employees and other providers of ground services.
- Key internal relationships with Management, IT, HR & Admin.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Degree in Finance.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and to work through a hectic work schedule.
- Capable of handling high volume in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Driven to succeed with a professional can do attitude and work ethic, focusing on results.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast pace environment and work independently.
- Seven - Ten years' experience.
