Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and proactive individual to assist the Director. The ideal candidate will be excellent at coordination, scheduling, and communication, while also having a creative eye for social media, a strong command of English, and some experience in marketing and PR. The role offers exposure to events, fashion, and lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and coordination across departments.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
  • Event & Travel Assistance:
  • Accompany the Director to events, fashion shows, collaborations, and brand activities.
  • Assist in logistics and coordination during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos; assist with live social media updates.
  • Social Media & Content Support:
  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative and digital teams for campaign requirements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence.
  • Marketing & PR Coordination:
  • Support ongoing marketing and PR activities, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Maintain records, reports, and communication related to promotions and partnerships.
Job Expectations:

Desired Skills & Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Little experience in Marketing and PR is preferred.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of fashion, lifestyle, and luxury trends.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable using phones/cameras for BTS content.
  • Ability to multitask, travel frequently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet, proactive, and dependable.
Minimum Qualification:

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with the right attitude and energy may also apply).

Minimum Job Experience:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field
