We are looking for an Lead Analyst, Strategy, to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Develop data-driven insights to support strategic recommendations.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Strategic Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement strategic projects aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments to align strategies and ensure successful project execution.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Project Management:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to implementation.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, strategy, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
