As a Sourcing Analyst at Solenis in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for: - Enhancing data analytics quality and establishing reporting mechanisms for spend and savings data analysis. - Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to convey insights to procurement teams. - Creating and maintaining KPI tracking for procurement performance evaluation. - Implementing automation and advanced technologies like AI for improved reporting. - Utilizing advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, clustering, and optimization to identify value opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Strong Excel skills. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). - Working with large datasets. - SQL or similar tools for data analysis. - SAP proficiency with direct material experience preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
