We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Developer with proven experience in delivering high‑quality solutions in an integrated development environment to join our Enterprise Applications team. You'll contribute across the full development lifecycle—requirements, design, build, test, release, and maintenance—while upholding best coding practices and committed timelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a modern service landscape that includes Salesforce Field Service, Experience Cloud (Communities), Boomi, Adobe Sign, and integrations with SAP ERP and other line-of-business systems.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, system analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Collaboration

• Partner with IT System Analysts and business super users to capture, document, validate, and refine stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct fit–gap analyses and produce detailed estimates for development efforts.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Create functional and technical design documents for Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, and execute assignments across Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Implement and maintain the existing Salesforce implementation and customizations as needed.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Quality & Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including root-cause analysis to eliminate and prevent defects.
• Manage the full application development cycle, including debugging, code reviews, unit testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support multiple parallel releases and contribute to smooth release rollouts across the enterprise landscape.
• Advocate for best practices in requirements gathering, coding standards, and Agile ways of working.

Areas of Focus

• Contemporary requirements management, analysis/validation, and best coding practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration across business and IT at all organizational levels.
• Hands‑on design, configuration, and development across core Salesforce clouds.
• Continuous platform improvement and release enablement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Aura (Lightning Components), and LWC.
• Solid functional knowledge of Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder (migration to Flow), and advanced declarative automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, ideally using Boomi and common integration technologies (Web Services, SOAP, XML).
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and managing parallel releases.
• Comfortable with an integrated development environment (e.g., Visual Studio Code).
• Strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS/JavaScript (preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service and/or deeper Service Cloud capabilities
• Hands on experience working with Boomi (Intergration platform)
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for UI customization.
• Industry background in Medical Device or Life Sciences(optional)
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP or other ERP platforms.
