Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Yoga Therapist passionate about scientific yoga, therapeutic movement, and integrative health. You will design and deliver individualized yoga-based interventions for clients focused on longevity, stress reduction, metabolic balance, and emotional wellbeing giving a well-rounded and comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive yoga therapy assessments tailored to each client's health goals and medical profile.
- Design customized yoga, pranayama, and meditation protocols aligned with physician recommendations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate yoga into lifestyle prescriptions.
- Educate clients about the role of breath, mindfulness, and posture in longevity and cellular health.
- Track participation, engagement, and outcomes using OKRs.
- Participate in client workshops and digital health education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certified Yoga Therapist (RYT or recognized by a credible yoga therapy board or institution).
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in therapeutic yoga or wellness programs.
- Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and mind-body connection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach
