**Position Summary**

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a visionary physician passionate about longevity, preventive medicine, and patient-centered care. As the primary consulting physician, you will lead the clinic’s medical operations, conducting comprehensive assessments, managing longitudinal follow-ups, and interpreting real-time health data from wearable technologies integrated with the clinic’s EMR system. You will lead an interdisciplinary team including nutritionists, exercise physiologists, yoga therapists, clinical psychologists and wellness coaches to deliver transformative, data-driven, and personalized care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive longevity assessments, integrating functional, metabolic,
- and lifestyle factors.
- Develop personalized disease prevention and aging reversal plans based on lab, imaging, and wearable data.
- Lead follow-up care and continuous monitoring, including proactive outreach to patients based on EMR-linked wearable insights.
- Serve as clinical lead for the interdisciplinary team, ensuring cohesive, high-touch patient experiences.
- Integrate Eastern and Western evidence-based approaches to enhance vitalit and resilience.
- Participate in clinical case conferences and contribute to the clinic’s evolving protocol development.
- Develop individualized care plans combining evidence-based medicine and lifestyle interventions.
- Lead an interdisciplinary care team and ensure seamless coordination between clinical and wellness services.
- Contribute to the clinic’s research and innovation initiatives in healthy aging and metabolic health.
- Ensure documentation, follow-up, and communication standards meet the clinic’s elite service model.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in longevity science, precision medicine, and digital health monitoring.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Flexibly manage availability, including select weekends, to meet the needs of a high-performing clientele.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships across medical equipment, IT, interiors, consumables, and services.

**Qualifications**
- MBBS with MD (Internal Medicine) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience, ideally in preventive, integrative, or executive health settings.
- Board certification or formal training in Lifestyle Medicine (e.g., IBLM, ACLM) is highly desirable.
- Functional Medicine certification desirable
- 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Demonstrated interest in preventive medicine, wellness, and integrative care.
- Familiarity with health technology.
- Exceptional patient communication, empathy, and leadership in team-based care.
- Excellent Fluency in English; Fluency in Tamil or Hindi is advantageous
