Performance Marketing & Growth Manager D2C & Brand Marketing
Department: Consumer Healthcare Division
Location: Panchkula
Reports To: Product Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager who will drive sales growth for D2C and overall eCommerce by leading performance marketing, retention campaigns, website operations, social media management, and brand campaign planning. This role is accountable for achieving the brands quarterly and yearly revenue targets while ensuring cohesive execution across digital marketing, website, inventory, and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities (Sales-Driven KRAs)
1. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to drive profitable sales.
- Explore and experiment with new channels (marketplace ads, hyperlocal ads, etc.); knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit/Zepto Ads is good to have but not mandatory.
- Ensure ad budgets align with quarterly and annual P&L targets.
2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push campaigns using , Contlo, Business on Bot.
- Create lifecycle journeys for onboarding, repeat sales, churn reduction, and LTV growth.
- Maximize retention-driven sales via segmentation and personalization.
3. Website Management & Merchandising
- Manage D2C website backend operations: listings, merchandising, content updates, offers, landing pages, banners etc.
- Drive funnel improvements with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Ensure the website reflects campaigns and supports sales goals at all times.
4. Social Media & Agency Management
- Oversee Instagram & YouTube content and campaigns, aligning them with D2C and brand growth goals.
- Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality creative output and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Integrate social media into the overall marketing calendar to support D2C and eCom sales.
5. Creative & Campaign Planning
- Lead creative planning for D2C campaigns (ads, website creatives, retention journeys).
- Contribute to brand-level marketing campaigns (festive sales, new launches, promotions) to support both D2C and marketplace sales.
- Work closely with design/content teams to ensure sales-driven storytelling.
6. Inventory Management & Operations
- Own D2C inventory management, ensuring accurate availability and zero stockouts.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth order fulfillment and campaign readiness.
- Plan inventory proactively around sales peaks, seasonal demand, and campaigns.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Funnel Tracking
- Use GA4, Amplitude, PostHog to monitor acquisition, retention, and sales funnels.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
- Track CAC, ROAS, retention, repeat rate, and P&L impact with corrective actions.
8. SEO, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Implement SEO strategies to scale organic traffic and sales.
- Drive influencer & affiliate partnerships (Cashkaro, Buykaro, Dpanda, etc.) to expand revenue streams.
- Ensure measurable sales contribution from all partnerships.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in performance marketing / D2C growth roles (consumer brand/startup experience preferred).
- Proven success in delivering sales targets through ads, retention, website, and social campaigns.
Hands-on with:
Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads (knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Zepto Ads is a plus).
- Retention Tools: , Contlo, Business on Bot.
- Analytics: GA4, Amplitude, PostHog.
- Website Ops: Shopify / Magento (any D2C backend).
SEO & Affiliate Marketing Tools: Ahrefs, Semrush,
Strong experience in inventory planning, campaign strategy, and P&L management.
- Ability to manage social media & external agencies for brand-building.
- Sales-driven, analytical, and proactive growth mindset.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
