Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with medium-level experience to oversee the quality and accuracy of client applications, documents, and marketing team outputs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing submitted applications, validating supporting documents, tracking follow-up comments from clients, and ensuring the marketing team's productivity meets company standards.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Document & Application Quality Review
- Review client applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Validate data integrity and ensure the correctness of information before submission or processing.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinate timely correction.
2. Client Follow-Up & Communication Tracking
- Collect, document, and track follow-up comments or feedback from clients on a daily basis.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all client queries or revisions are addressed promptly.
- Maintain well-organized records of all communications and follow-up actions.
3. Marketing Team Quality Monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of marketing team outputs and production.
- Verify the accuracy and feasibility of client data provided by the marketing team.
- Provide quality insights, highlight gaps, and ensure adherence to internal quality standards.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management.
- Highlight recurring issues, quality trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with management to implement process improvements and enhance overall quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Analyst, Document Analyst, Application Reviewer, or similar BPO/operations role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO, operations, documentation, or client application review processes.
- Familiarity with quality frameworks (QA checklists, validation protocols, etc.).
- Experience working with marketing or client-facing teams is a plus.
