Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements as per accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Supervise revenue recognition in compliance with real estate industry norms.

Financial Analysis & MIS:

  • Prepare regular MIS reports including cash flow, profitability analysis, and project cost tracking.
  • Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and decision-making tools.

Project Accounting:

  • Manage project-wise costing, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
  • Evaluate cost-to-completion and monitor project profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
  • Experience: 3–7 years post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles; experience in real estate or infrastructure industry is a strong plus
