Movifi is a community of 30,000+ filmmakers across India, dedicated to democratizing filmmaking through events, challenges, and collaborations with leading creators and brands.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional coordination for the Movifi AI Film Summit and AI Film Challenge. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and task execution between internal teams (technical, marketing, content) and external partners (technical, marketing, and campus partners).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination between teams.
  • Oversee workflows using tools like Airtable, Trello, and Slack.
  • Maintain schedules, line up meetings, and prevent overlaps or delays.
  • Manage and track deliverables across departments.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communication (emails, messages, updates).
  • Keep records organized and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong task management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a willingness to learn tools like Airtable and Slack.
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or event management is a plus.
