About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the Solar Industry. The candidate will assist in managing procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations in solar project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material procurement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track material movement for solar projects.
  • Support logistics and transportation planning for solar site deliveries.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in negotiation and cost comparison for solar materials.
  • Work closely with the project and accounts team to ensure on-time supply.
  • Prepare reports and support management in process optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about solar materials and project flow.
